Large near 3 1/4" Long - Antique George Washington in a classic pose - his classic stance - his tavern pipe and tri-corner hat on his side - Sausage curled hair - and his boots - the long Pin stem is a Coin Silver Color to the pin or possible white metal - the Gold Color Figural head maybe Brass or a gilt of some sort in a deep golden color - it is a very old Cravats PIN - Lapel estimate 1860s -1880s possibly a bit earlier - Condition is "Pre-owned". I did not clean - I rinsed in sudsy water - I do not know metal content - I do know it is very old - You are the sole judge - this is a personal item in my fathers things - I know who's estate he acquired from S.P.
