However, we cannot provide smart card drivers and editable software such as bank cards / ID cards. Because it depends on the original information or rules of your country and bank. If you need to read them, ask the smart card provider how to download, install, and use them.
1. Unable to read ID card because rocketek reader driver is installed, but ID card driver or editable software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
2. Unable to read bank card. Reason: rocketek reader driver is installed, but bank card driver or editable software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
