Bowl is thick heavy glass, weighs 18 oz.
4 1/4 inches across and 2 7/8 inches tall
Has one crack on top corner of bowl,  all four corners around the base have chipping, there is chipping on the starred rays on the bottom of the dish.
Is florescent and glows bright green under UV or black light
